Luxury spas and salons need experienced nail technicians with the skills and creativity to please their clients. If you want to provide professional manicures and pedicures as a licensed nail technician, you can start your journey at PJ’s College of Cosmetology. We are excited to offer our Nail Technician or Nail Technology program at five of our campuses in Indiana and Kentucky. The complete program takes 600 hours, and it can be completed by full-time or part-time students. Full-time students spend 30 hours per week on their training, while part-time students spend 20 hours per week on their training. This flexibility gives more students the opportunity to learn at PJ’s.

As a Nail Technician/Nail Technology student, you can balance classroom work and hands-on experience. In the classroom, students learn about manicuring, pedicuring, various nail techniques, sanitation, using the electric drill and file, and more from qualified, encouraging instructors. Our student salon provides an opportunity to work with real clients under the supervision of licensed instructors. This provides real-world experience while you’re still in school.
